How soon will my order be dispatched?
We aim to ship all orders within 1 - 2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

What are your delivery times?
With our standard shipping service, deliveries typically arrive within 2 – 4 working days from dispatch. You can also upgrade your order to express 1 – 2 day shipping at checkout. Please see our Shipping Information page for further details.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey) but may introduce international shipping in the future.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking link so you can check the progress of your delivery.

I did not receive an order confirmation email or tracking link, what should I do?
Please re-check your email, including your spam/junk folder, for any missing notifications. If you still cannot find them, contact us at support@artileaf.co.uk

What do I do if I receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item?
Please email us at support@artileaf.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Damaged or wrong item(s) must be reported within 3 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, if you change your mind and would like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of shipping (dispatch date). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.

Who pays for return shipping?
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If I return an item, do you refund the shipping cost?
No, for change of mind returns the delivery charge you originally paid is non-refundable.
