Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of shipping (dispatch date) to request a return.
If 30 days have gone by since the date of shipping, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Any item showing signs of use, wear, or damage not present at delivery will not be accepted. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@artileaf.co.uk confirming the order number, and one of the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Faulty item (please include photos)
- Item not received
- Wrong item delivered (please include photos)
If your return is approved, we will issue a unique return number along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns received without a valid return number issued by us will not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
For large or bulky items, including large artificial trees and planters, return shipping costs can be significant due to size and handling requirements. We recommend carefully checking dimensions and contacting us for advice before ordering if you’re unsure.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
